Shipping Policy & Returns

Our standard shipping processing times are 5 to 7 business day from the day your order is placed excluding sales, holidays, and product launches. All orders placed during sales, holidays, and product launches; order may take up to 7 to 10 business days to process.  We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available.

IF YOUR PACKAGE is marked as DELIVERED AND YET NOT RECEIVED and where there is no evidence. YOU SHOULD contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package and ask for the details of that day's delivery. IT IS NOT THE SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

CUSTOMS + IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or incomplete addresses.
