Important Shipping Reminder

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier (UPS or USPS), Anika's Kreative Kloset is no longer responsible for your package.

  • Carrier Coverage:
    USPS Ground Advantage includes up to $100 of insurance coverage for loss or damage.

    UPS also includes up to $100 of insurance coverage for loss or damage.
  • If Route Protection is not purchased, any shipping issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be resolved directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS). When filing a claim with the carrier, you will need your original order receipt, which is automatically emailed to you after placing your order.

When you order from Anika's Kreative Kloset, the best protection is to opt to protect your shipment through Route Package Protection

If you opt out of Route Package Protection, you will not be refunded, and items will not be re-shipped.

As a reminder: Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, Anika's Kreative Kloset is no longer responsible for your package. Any lost or damaged package must be handled by the carrier, and you will need to file a claim through the carrier. We HIGHLY recommend you add insurance at CHECKOUT.
