If you opt-out of Route Package Protection, you will not be refunded or items will not be re-shipped.

As a reminder: Once an order has been shipped and in the procession of the carrier, Anika's Kreative Kloset is no longer responsible for your package. Any lost or damaged package must be handled by the carrier and you will need to file a claim through the carrier. We HIGHLY recommend you add insurance at CHECKOUT.
