Week 1: Breathe & Ground
Day 1:

- Action: Take 5 minutes today to sit quietly and focus on your breathing.
Day 2:
- Affirmation: "My breath guides me through stress."
- Journaling Prompt: "How can focusing on my breath help me navigate challenges?"
- Action: Pause three times today to take 3 deep, intentional breaths.
Day 3:

- Action: Write a letter of forgiveness to yourself, acknowledging what you’ve learned and how you’ll move forward.
Day 14:

- Journaling Prompt: "What can I do to create more peace in my life? Where can I make space for clarity?"
- Action: Spend today practicing mindfulness, whether it's through breathing exercises, yoga, or simply being present.
